Ron Paul’s bill, HR1207, which would require an audit of the Federal Reserve, has been scheduled for a committee hearing on September 25th at 9AM. An email dispatched by the Campaign for Liberty stated that House Financial Committee Chairman Barney Frank agreed to hold the hearings. The bill currently has 285 cosponsors which is about 66% of Congress. The Senate version of the bill, S.604, has 24 cosponsors after another senator signed on to the bill.
